What makes Tampan different?
Tampan brings a playful look to everyday period care, with colourful packaging and a Regular 20-pack. Check each product page for its current details and availability.
What absorbency options are available?
The current store product is Regular. Light, Super and Super Plus are shown as an absorbency guide; they are not available to purchase unless listed in our catalog.
How long can I wear a tampon?
Change it every 4–8 hours and never leave one in for more than 8 hours. Use the lowest absorbency needed for your flow and follow the instructions supplied with your product.

Subscriptions are not currently enabled. One-time purchase is the available purchase type, subject to stock.

Does it hurt to use a tampon?

Wash your hands before and after use. Read the product instructions first, use tampons only during your period, and choose the lowest absorbency you need.
